It was freezing.  FREEZING.  I planned for 3 stations, one station with a yoga ball which was deflated at the workout so we had to improvise.

The Thang:

Sprints to security gate and back 5 times.  Each time back 20 push-ups.  Total 100 push-ups.

Then stations: 6 exercises at each station.  Each exercise for 1 minute.  18 minutes total.

Station 1 w/ 8lb medicine ball.

Station 2 w/ with 8 lb dumbbells.

Station 3 improvised using body weight.

We had time left over: went to wall for abs and legs and back to mat for abs.
